SUDAL INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the Company's internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 12th August, 2017 to 24th August, 2017 (Both days inclusive).
