Outcome of the board meeting held on Saturday, September 13, 2021, for considering & approving the unaudited financial results for the for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> The meeting has been deferred pending recommendation of the said results, for want of certain clarifications sought by the Audit Committee.<BR> <BR> The outcome of adjourned Board Meeting along with the unaudited quarterly financial results and Limited Review Report will be submitted after the approval by the Board at the said adjourned meeting.
