Sudal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Saurabh Patkar, has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. the closing hours of March 19, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company is in the process of appointing Ms. Pooja Bangera as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
