Sudal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2014, inter alia, has approved and took note of the resignation letter received from Mr. Shyantanu Chokhani from the office of Joint Managing Director of the Company. However, he will continue to act as a Director of the Company.
