Sudar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting and to submit the Report to the Board of Directors for declaration of the results thereof.
