The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, 30/Sep/2024 considered and approved sub-division of 1 (one) equity share of Rs.10/- each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of Re.1/- each (Rupee one only), subject to the approval of the shareholders and such other approvals as may be necessary.
