Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following business:<br/><br/>1. Resignation of Shri Y. S. Chowdary, Promoter and Non-Executive Director, from the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from October 15, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Shri. Y. Ravi Prasada Reddy, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
