SUJANA TOWERS LTD. - Name change and Symbol change

Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company changed its name from "SUJANA TOWERS LIMITED" to "NEUEON TOWERS LIMITED", the same has been approved by the both Stock Exchanges where the Shares of the Company are listed i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide Notice dt. February 13, 2017 (BSE) and vide dt. February 13, 2017 (NSE) with effect from February 17, 2017 (Both Exchanges) respectively.
