Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2014, to consider and approve un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, along with Limited Review Report for the same and any other business/matters as may be permitted by the Chairman.<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from August 07, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
