Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 along with Limited Review Report, Statement of Assets and Liabilities Statement.<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from November 03, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
