Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following :<br/><br/>- Appointment of Dr. V. Malakonda Reddy as an Additional Director (Independent Director), under Section 149 and 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.
