Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Shri M. Naresh Kumar, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned w.e.f. September 15, 2015. Further till the appointment of Company Secretary in place of Shri M. Naresh Kumar, Shri G. Srinivasa Raju, Managing Director of the Company is designated as Compliance Officer w.e.f. September 15, 2015 under the provisions of Listing Agreement.
