We refer to our letter no. SPARC/Sec/SE/2017-18/008 dated 5th May 2017 intimating the outcome of Board Meeting held on the same date and submitting, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017 and the Auditors Report thereon. We had in the aforesaid letter, inter alia, also confirmed that the Auditors have given an Unmodified Opinion on the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year 2016-17 in terms of second proviso to regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We now enclose herewith the above confirmation as a separate declaration for your information & record.
