Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, has appointed Mr.Uday Baldota as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, as per section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, with immediate effect.
