Sun TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 (Q1).<BR><BR>2. To consider declaration and payment of Interim Dividend if any, for the financial year 2017-18.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's shares by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed upto August 14, 2017, in terms of the Company's Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
