SUNDARAM FINANCE LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 08, 2016 has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.50 per share (55%) for the financial year 2015-16 on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. represented by 11,11,03,860 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The dividend will be paid on March 22, 2016.
