Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, we hereby wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. February 12, 2021, approved the appointment of Ms. Bhavika Dalal as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from February 12, 2021.
