Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 21/- per share (420%) absorbing a sum of Rs. 42.49 Crore for the year 2015-16.
