Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, have approved payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 0.85 per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2015.
