SUNDRAM FASTENERS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 20, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading and code of corporate disclosure practices, read with SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
