Trading Window shall remain closed with effect from October 01, 2022, for the purpose of consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022, of the financial year 2022-23, till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results.
