Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2024, till 48 hours after the declaration of audited standalone financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended as on 31st March, 2024.
