This is to inform you that on the Recommendation of the Nomination and remuneration Committee and subsequent approval of the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 13th February, 2021. It has been decided to re-appoint Ms. Shruti Saraf (DIN 07521927) whose first term as Independent Woman Director is about to end 26th May, 2021 to be re-appointed as Independent Woman Director of the Company for a second Consecutive term of 5 years with effect from 27th May, 2021 to 26th May, 2026 subject to approval by the Shareholders of the company by a Special Resolution.
