Sunlake Resorts and Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following agenda:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve, the Financial Statement along-with the Auditors Report thereon for the financial period ended as on March 31, 2015 including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Notes to Accounts etc.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve, Secretarial Audit report.<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve, the Directors Report.<BR><BR>4. To consider the recommendation to appoint/re-appoint/ratification of appointment the Statutory Auditors for the next financial year.<BR><BR>5. To consider and approve, notice to call Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company to adopt the Financial Statement for the FY 2014-15.
