Sunrise Asian Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the Consolidated Audited Financial Statements and results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and for year ended March 31, 2016. (2015-16)<BR><BR>In the Context to the above, pursuant to the Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 28, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
