Sunrise Asian Ltd has informed BSE that the website address of the Company has been changed from www.sunriseasian.net to www.sunriseasian.in.<BR><BR>Further, Mr. Sanjit Jha and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra resigned from the Company with effect from August 14, 2015.
