To appoint a Woman Independent Director in the Company.<BR><BR>4. To take note of the resignation of Mr. K. M. Jani as the Chairman and the Independent Director of the Company<BR><BR>5. To appoint the Chairman of the Company.<BR><BR>6. To take note of the resignation of Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Jain as the Independent Director of the Company.<BR><BR>7.
