This is to inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and clarification issued by BSE Circular vide ref no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019, trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company, shall be remain closed for all Designated Persons with immediate effect till 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September 2021.
