Super Sales India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2017, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the code of conduct adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the period from January 25, 2017 to February 08, 2017, both days inclusive, is to be treated as trading window closure period.
