With regard to the announcement of financial result for the quarter ended September, 2022, the 'Trading Window' of the Company will remain closed from 1st October, 2022 to 16th November, 2022 or till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
