This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on Monday, February 14, 2022, inter alia considered and approved the following items: i. Approved the quarterly and nine months Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Result for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021, as recommended by the Audit Committee. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 15:30 hours and concluded at 16:30 hours. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, we enclose the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine month year ended December, 2021 along with the Limited Review Audit Report with Unmodified opinion thereon.
