Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend @ 900% i.e. Rs. 18 /- (Rupees Eighteen only) per Share of Rs. 2/- each (F.V.) on 127026870 Nos. of Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.
