Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2020, inter alia, has approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 250% i.e. Rs. 5 per Share on 12,70,26,870 Nos. of Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (F.V.).
