We would like to intimate you that as per company code of conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (PIT), regulations, the trading window shall be closed for trading by the designated persons of the company from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 & would remain closed till 48 hours post of Board meeting in which Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter & Half year ended September 30, 2025 has been considered. The date of board meeting shall be intimated in due course.
