We would like to clarify that after last Board Meeting dated 18th January, 2021, no such material event has taken place which we have not disclosed to stock exchange as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.<BR> <BR> We are not aware about any reasons which may have led the prices of securities of Company to rise.
