As intimated vide letter dated May 29, 2018, since the casual vacancy caused in the office of statutory auditor the Company and new auditor will take time to complete the audit, the Company has filed an application with SEBI seeking additional time of 90 days to file its audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
