We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 31ST October, 2022 on recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Ms. Yashita Pansari (Membership No. ACS-70034) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31st October, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations').
