Surana Solar Limited - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company''s 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons' (the Code), the trading window shall remain closed for persons covered under the Code from 01st January, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022.
