Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons ("Code"), it is hereby intimated that the Trading Window of Surat Trade and Mercantile Limited for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from Monday, July 1, 2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, as approved by the Board of Directors.
