In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and Company''s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Insiders from 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year Ended on 30th September, 2023.
