Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 has appointed Mr. Deepak Kalera as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. October 5, 2023.
