Pursuant to the provisions of Reg 30 read with Reg 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today, i.e. Sunday, 26th day of May, 2024 at 02:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company situated, inter-alia, 1. To consider and approve the audited standalone financial statements of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time. 2. To consider and take note of the Independent Audit Report for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time. Inter- alia, the above mentioned agenda items were considered, approved and taken on record (as applicable) by the Board of Directors of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:30 p.m.
