SURYA ROSHNI LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Surya Roshni Ltd has informed BSE that In Compliance to clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 07, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter / Half year ended September 30, 2014 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on November 14, 2014. The "specified persons" are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares during the aforesaid period. Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Officers / Designated employees cannot trade (purchase/sell) in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period.
