Surya Roshni Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the matter related to Non-Subsidiarisation of M/s. Surya Global Steel Tubes Limited from Surya Roshni Limited by de-control the Composition of Board of Directors of Surya Global Steel Tubes Limited and thus free of its Board from control of Surya Roshni Limited.
