SURYAAMBA SPINNING MILLS LTD. - Resubmission Of Results-Financial Results For March 31, 2024

This is continuation of our letter dated 28.05.2024 whereby the company has submitted the Audited Standalone FS for the Q4 & year ended on 31.03.2024 as approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 28.05.2024. However due to oversight mistake the Current Tax Liabilities (Net) as reported earlier under the head of CL in the Statement of Assets & Liabilities for period ended 31.03.2024 & was overstated by Rs. 00.23 lakhs & due to same, the amount of Other Equity was understated by the Rs. 00.23 lakhs. Thers is no impact on the PBT for hte quarter ended & also had not impacted the reported EPS of he Company. There is no change in the cash flows for the period as reported by the Company. A copy of hte revised Audited Standalone FS alongwith Statutory Auditors'' Report with unmodified opinion is enclosed herewith.
