We refer to your aforementioned e-mail dated 08th January, 2021, seeking clarification on movement in price of the shares of Suryalata Spinning Mills Limited ("the Company").<BR> <BR> We wish to inform you that as on date and recent past there is no material relevant information /event having a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations").
