Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. B. Rama Subba Reddy, Company Secretary of the Company, has resigned from the position of Company Secretary w.e.f. February 07, 2015. Further, Mr. B. Somasekhara Rao has been appointed as Company Secretary, who shall be the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. February 09, 2015.
