Pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedures Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read along with the amendments thereto, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from Saturday, 01 October, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on September 30, 2022.
