The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 27, 2023 has approved issue of up to 24,333,333 equity shares in one or more tranches on preferential basis to the persons belonging to Promoter and Non Promoter Category subject to approval of the Members and regulatory authorities and in compliance with various laws, as applicable.
