We wish to inform that the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives covered under the said Code of the Company from 1st October, 2022 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2022, to the public, in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
